At Snatched Lash, we value your time and strive to provide a personalized, high-quality experience for every client. When you book your appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review the policies below: Be On Time Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, arriving later than this window will result in the appointment being canceled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. We understand that traffic and life can happen, but please plan accordingly — timing is everything. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Any changes made within 48 hours will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 30% of the total service cost to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being revoked. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies.
